REMINDER Year 11 Leavers’ Hoodies and Yearbooks must be ordered by 18 March. Please note that we cannot accept any late orders after this date.
You can find the order link in the letter on the school website. If a student qualifies for Pupil Premium (PP), there is a separate ordering letter which must be completed by 11 March.

Parents and carers are welcome to come and reclaim any missing items between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, any day after school. This week, a group of Year 7 students took part in Mrs. Ross’s ‘Cupid’s Catapult’ workshop. The session focused on engineering, with students building and testing different catapult designs by launching love heart sweets. Great work by all our young engineers! 🚀🍬

We were delighted to welcome the former England international rugby league player as a guest speaker for our Year 9, 10, and 12 students. Dan spoke incredibly openly about his personal journey with mental health, sharing powerful lessons on:

Tringspiration 2026 is almost here! ✨
Starting Monday, February 2nd, we are kicking off our daily in-school event featuring local businesses, employers, and professionals. Each guest will present a career assembly covering their field of work, routes into the profession, career paths within the industry, and their own personal journey.
This event is designed to inspire students, showcase industries they may never have been aware of, and to connect employers with our future workforce!

Our Digital Leaders visited the Bett Show at ExCeL London on Friday. They spent the day interacting with cutting-edge educational technology and testing out new classroom tools. One of our students took part in a Google student panel, sharing how Google tools are shaping their studies today and their vision for the future of learning. We are entering the final planning stages for our Tringspiration event this February, and we still have a couple of spaces left for guest speakers!
Could you spare just 30 minutes to talk to our students? We are looking for local business owners, employers, and professionals to lead a short assembly on:
What you do and why it matters.
The different career paths within your industry.
The practical routes in (Apprenticeships, Uni, or entry-level roles).
