Physical Education (PE)

If you do any form of physical activity/ sport outside of school, then please tell the PE department! We wish to support and celebrate anyone who gets involved outside of school. This could be anything - skateboarding, bouldering, ultimate frisbee… If you do it, we would love to hear about it. Keep us updated on how your events/ leagues go as well.

Try something new that you’ve done in recent PE lessons, involve your family! For example, in the garden.

Go and see a live sporting event e.g. older brother or sister playing a game at a local sports club facility such as Tring Athletic FC.

Watch a live sporting event e.g. Rugby World Cup.  What skills have you seen that you have done in lessons?

For your favourite sport, which skills do you need to most improve? How are you going to achieve this?

Try a new summer sport that you might not have done before and join a club at school - Cricket, Softball, Athletics, Rounders?

Watch a live summer sporting event eg. a cricket or tennis match at the local club.

Attend the school Sports Awards evening and be inspired.

Watch Wimbledon - do you understand the scoring of a tennis match?
